Minisplit indoor units must ALL be on either heat or cool to work. You cannot have the downstairs head on heat & the upstairs heads on cool.

2 bathrooms: One on first floor with a shower, one, upstairs with a tub & shower, hairdryer, ironing board & iron

Front Porch: Table & chairs, Upstairs deck has adirondack chairs, Beach Pass hanging on coat hooks beside front door
2 clam rakes & crabpots at shed
Follow walk around side of house to outdoor spigot to rinse off sand

Other: Washer and dryer, WiFi included

Items to bring: Bedding, bath & beach towels, kitchen linens, hand soaps, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, lawn chairs
