Clean up & checkout list

Checkout time is 10 AM
Please return furniture to its original place
Return beach pass to its hook
Sweep the floors & wipe up your spills
Clean the bathrooms
Wipe out the fridge & microwave
Close all the windows & lock the doors
Leave the minisplits on as the humidity levels are very high. Cooling at 7 4 degrees, Heat
at 68 degrees
Put all food waste in trash. Take your trash to the Disposal on 5130 Deep Hole Road
If something is broken, please report it to us. 570-539-4500
After my staff inspects the house, we will return your security deposit if no undue
wear/cleaning is noted.
